The process begins with an assessment that provides us a snapshot of the current state of your event planning and compares it with your goals.
Our team uses the assessment as a roadmap for prioritizing necessary resources and activities. For example, key “make or break” activities include obtaining permits, safety planning, sponsorship acquisition, volunteer recruitment, and day-of-the-event leadership preparation.
